We're excited that you are interested in attending a Pin Trading Event with Disney! Here are some tips to help make this process easier.
- We recommend Chrome or Edge browsers. Safari does not always render our pages properly. Do not open more than one tab./ browser on the same device.
- Guests have 10 minutes to complete their registration once it's their turn, and they've correctly passed through the virtual queue. After that time, the form will automatically close and a new queue number will be required to purchase.
- JavaScript must be allowed / turned on, or all details may not load properly, and you may be unable to complete the purchase.
- Auto-fill should be turned OFF as that often puts data in the wrong fields and results in the page presenting errors that need correcting before you can continue.
- Do NOT log into your MyDisney account until AFTER you click the link to register below, as logging in ahead of time may interfere with proper page progression.
- We do, however, recommend you have logged in to a Walt Disney Family of Companies site recently to confirm your password is valid, and your account hasn't been disabled for inactivity. Our Events Team is not able to assist with password resets or other user needs associated with a MyDisney account.
- If you are planning to request a discount on any pre-ordered merchandise, please purchase your event ticket using the MyDisney account associated with your discount affiliations.
- Each adult must purchase their own ticket using their own MyDisney account login. (For security reasons, please do not ever share login information with others!)
- Parents must purchase tickets for minor children. As tickets tend to sell out very quickly, we recommend purchasing the adult ticket first and then returning to purchase the minor ticket later to avoid having an unaccompanied minor without an adult ticket holder. (Guests must be 14 to attend without an adult parent/guardian.)
- Do not use any links posted on social media and/or purchased from others as they are often missing portions of the scripting that make the registration flow work properly. Ticket sales will always be posted on the Walt Disney World or Disneyland official websites.
Note: Any reservations made by a party who (i) does not enter this site utilizing the posted website, (ii) bypasses the queue system, or (iii) engages in any other fraudulent activity, will be canceled. If a reservation is canceled in accordance with this policy, any associated email or mailing address will be barred from making any further reservations in connection with this event.
